Hospitality 101:

It's the little things that make the difference.....

  • Always:
    • Follow procedures listed on the Team Page. Every location is different so check out the details before going to a new location.
    • Smile
    • Open every door possible (drivers site, passenger, restaurant door, etc)
    • Deliver a strong "Welcome to ________ , my name is _______. If you need anything let me know."
    • Refer to guests as Sir/Ma'am
    • **Mention our text-ahead service to guests on the way in**
    • Greet every guest as they walk by.
    • Make conversation with guests as they are waiting for their vehicle (ask how dinner was, have the been to the location before, if they are from the area, etc). Note: If a guest is not conversational, don't force it.
    • Have at least one valet at the podium (when possible).
    • Be courteous to all guests even if they aren't valeting with you (IE Opening the restaurant door, saying hello, etc).
